Opportunity:

RN - Tele Neuro

Job Details:

• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend requirement
• First to float, with potential to float to sister facility
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience required, within the past 6 months
• Patient ratio of 1:3-4
• Centralized telemetry - must be able to interpret EKGs
• Work with Airvo/High Flow ventilators
• Chart using Cerner electronic health records system
• 2-day floor-specific orientation provided
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
• Common diagnoses and patient types include neuro, CVAs, pulmonary, and general telemetry
• Scrub color: Navy
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required within 24-48 hours prior to acceptance - maximum 2 attempts allowed, no exceptions
• Pass/fail Sim Lab on day one of orientation (study guides provided with first day instructions)
