Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• On-call required: 8-10 call shifts per month including weekend coverage
• Perform procedures including Pediatric/Adult Transplant, Right/Left Heart Biopsy, Balloon, Stent, and Valve Placement procedures
• May also include Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures, preferably pediatric
• Experience with cardiac stent placement, diagnostic catheterizations (adult and pediatric/neonatal), and Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI) required
• Primary patient population includes congenital heart patients
• Work within a 2-room Cath Lab environment
• Level I Trauma Pediatric Cath Lab experience preferred; EP experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Required certifications: PALS, BLS, ACLS (American Heart Association only), and either CCI with RCIS/RCES (preferred) or ARRT (R) with SCRQSA (R)
• Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
• Charting system: EPIC
• Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; called-off hours may be broken down to equal 1 shift
• Parking cost applies on nights and weekends only with a one-time payment of $20 for a parking pass
