Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• 5x8 shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Work setting: Cath Lab
• Patient age groups: Adults and Geriatrics
• Daily census of 10 patients with 3 rooms available
• Low STEMI call required; on-call every 3rd week, once per week
• Weekend coverage only when on call
• Charting system: EPIC
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; 3 years preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT or RCIS/CCI, ACLS, ARRT R, ARRT CI, ARRT VI
• If RCIS certified, SCRQSA and SCBME are required
• South Carolina state license required prior to start (SCRQSA)
• Charting system experience required
• Required skills include: Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiac Stent Placement, IABP Placement/Removal, Interpretation of Dysrhythmias, Left and Right Heart Catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), PTCA, Rotablator Atherectomy, Scrub Procedures, Recognition of Life-Threatening Arrhythmias, Sterile Technique, Impella Insertion, Temporary Pacemaker, TAVR, Angioplasty, Aortography, Embolization, Renal Angiography, Carotid Angiography and Stenting, Central Venous Access, Endovascular Interventions, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, EVAR, and TEVAR
• May float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals
• Overtime applies after 48 hours for candidates confirmed to 4x12 schedules
