Operating Room RN Job in Shawnee Mission, KS

You are an RN with operating room experience, and we have a 13-week travel assignment for you at Shawnee Mission Medical Center in Shawnee Mission, Kansas.

Role and Responsibilities

You will work as an OR nurse providing direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Your primary schedule runs on day shifts, working 10.5-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You will work 40 hours per week guaranteed, giving you predictable income and schedule stability throughout your assignment.

Schedule Details

• Monday through Friday day shifts (6:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• One 12-hour on-call shift per month (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
• One 12-hour weekend call shift per month (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

Assignment and Compensation

This is a 13-week assignment beginning October 21, 2026. Your weekly pay is $2,214.

Requirements

You must hold current RN licensure and national OR certification to qualify for this position.
