Operating Room RN Job in Pratt, Kansas

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in the Operating Room at Pratt Regional Medical Center in Pratt, Kansas. This is a day shift position, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with on-call duties every 5th or 6th weekend and one day per week.

Position Details:

• Circulator role across multiple surgical specialties
• 5-room OR suite with daily census of 12
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Block scheduling type
• Weekly pay: $2,561
• Assignment begins October 12, 2026

Required Experience and Competencies:

You must have a minimum of 3 years of operating room experience with demonstrated proficiency in orthopedics (total joints), general surgery, and cesarean sections. You will manage cases across orthopedics, gynecology, podiatry, general surgery, endoscopy, and labor and delivery.

Specific procedural experience is required in: lobe/lung resection, thoracotomy, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resection, hernia repair, laparoscopic-assisted procedures, thyroidectomy, arthroscopy, fracture reductions, laminectomy/discectomy, spinal fusion, total joint replacement, cystoscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, transurethral resection of the prostate, cesarean sections, esophagogastroduodenoscopy, colonoscopy, bronchoscopy, and hip fracture management. You must be proficient with the Hana Table.

You will care for patients across all age groups, including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Electronic charting system experience is required; any system is acceptable.

Required Credentials:

• Current RN license in hand or compact license at time of submission
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• PALS certification
