ICU RN Job in Lander, WY

SH SAGEWEST HEALTH CARE is seeking an RN for adult ICU nursing on a travel assignment in Lander, WY. This is a 91-day contract beginning October 5, 2026, with a schedule of 3x12-hour night shifts. You'll earn $2,332 weekly.

In this role, you will:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Treat wounds and provide advanced life support
• Assist physicians with procedures
• Observe and record patient vital signs
• Manage ventilators, monitors, and other critical care equipment, including adjusting ventilator and IABP settings
• Administer intravenous fluids and medications
• Perform suctioning and other direct patient care tasks
• Collaborate with the critical care team
• Respond to life-saving situations using nursing standards and protocols
• Advocate for patients and provide education and support to families
• Care for pre- and post-operative patients as needed
• Occasionally care for pediatric and adolescent patients
• Float between two campuses based on facility census as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU RN experience in a hospital setting
• Valid Wyoming RN license or multi-state RN license
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications (American Heart Association)
• TNCC certification preferred but not required
