ICU RN Job in Casper, WY

You will provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit at Wyoming Medical Center Central, located at 1233 E Second St in Casper, WY. This is a 3x12 day shift position with an 89-week duration, starting September 14, 2026. You will earn $2,430 weekly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
• Review patient history, diagnostics, and laboratory data, reporting abnormal results to physicians and appropriate caregivers.
• Formulate individualized plans of care including discharge planning utilizing patient, family, and health team input.
• Implement care plans through direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of health care team activities.
• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching, revising care plans as needed.
• Document all assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation activities accurately and in a timely manner in the patient record.
• Participate in shared leadership, education, role development, and orientation of personnel, patients, students, and families.
• Provide supervision and direction to licensed and non-licensed personnel in the delivery of quality patient care.

Requirements: Current, valid RN license; minimum one year of experience in an acute care hospital setting with specialty area experience within the past 12 months; Wyoming DFS certification, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification preferred.
