ICU RN Job in Lander, WY

You will provide direct critical care nursing to adult patients in the ICU at SH SAGEWEST HEALTH CARE. This is a 91-day travel position working 3x12 night shifts, starting November 16, 2026.

Your responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop comprehensive care plans
• Monitor and record vital signs continuously
• Manage and adjust ventilator settings and IABP devices
• Administer intravenous fluids and medications
• Perform wound care and suctioning procedures
• Ensure proper function of critical medical equipment and monitors
• Assist physicians with medical procedures
• Respond to acute and life-saving situations using nursing standards and protocols
• Care for pre- and post-operative patients
• May occasionally care for pediatric and adolescent patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary critical care team members
• Act as patient advocate and provide education and support to families

Requirements:

• Current RN license (Wyoming or multi-state)
• Minimum 2 years recent ICU RN experience in a hospital setting
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications (American Heart Association)
• TNCC certification preferred but not required

You may float between Lander and Riverton campus locations based on census needs. Weekly pay is $2,316.
