Emergency Room RN Job in Santa Fe, NM

CHRISTUS St Vincent Regional Medical Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico is seeking an RN for the Emergency Department. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning September 28, 2026, with a weekly pay of $2,090.88.

Shift Details

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
• Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Voluntary on-call availability

Role Responsibilities

• Obtain and record initial patient assessments and establish care priorities based on age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs
• Reassess patients systematically to identify progress and trends requiring intervention
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs
• Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on interpretation of clinical data and patient outcomes
• Coordinate and implement age-appropriate patient care
• Participate in patient and family health education and discharge planning
• Implement and document timely interventions specific to patient conditions
• Perform Point of Care testing procedures
• Float as needed during low census periods

Required Credentials

• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• BLS Certification from AHA
• ACLS Certification from AHA
• PALS Certification from AHA
• TNCC or ATCN

Preferred Credentials

• CPI/De-Escalation certification
