Telemetry RN Job in Springfield, MO

Join Mercy Hospital Springfield as a Telemetry RN on a 13-week travel assignment. You'll work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM in a 32-bed unit, caring for cardiac and medical surgical patients with a patient ratio of 1:6–1:8.

Assignment Details

• 3x12 night shifts per week (36 or 48 guaranteed weekly hours, specified on submission)
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• No call requirements
• Float on a rotational basis
• Start date: June 22, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,102.40

Requirements

• Current RN license (Missouri eligible or licensed)
• 1 year of inpatient telemetry experience
• Competence in drug titration
• BLS certification from AHA
• 4 trauma credits (or complete within first two weeks)
• NIHSS certification (must obtain prior to start)
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required November 1–April 1

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS certification from AHA
• Trauma experience

Facility Information

• EMR system: EPIC
• Equipment: Alaris pumps, telemetry, lift equipment
• Dress code: Black scrubs required; no torn clothes or open-toed shoes
• Night shift orientation occurs on day shift with full week availability required

Physical Demands

Standing and walking most of shift, bending, stooping, and lifting patients with assistance (up to 50 lbs push/pull).
