Medical Lab Technician Job in Ogden, UT

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical Lab Technician for a travel assignment at Ogden Regional Medical Center in Ogden, Utah. This is a contract position offering 91 days of work, with a start date of September 21, 2026.

Position Details

• Shift: 3x12 nights (Friday–Monday, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM)
• Weekly pay: $1,757
• Setting: Free-standing Emergency Department (FSED) lab
• Credential required: Allied Health Professional with full ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or Medical Technologist); associate-level licenses are not accepted

Responsibilities

• Perform Point of Care (POC) testing in the ER lab environment
• Execute clerical duties as directed by Nursing and Lab Director to support FSED operations
• Collaborate with emergency department staff to ensure timely and accurate lab results

Preferred Qualifications

• Point of care testing knowledge and experience

You will work weekend shifts only (Saturday and Sunday) in a fast-paced emergency lab setting. This role requires a full professional license and ASCP certification; associate-level credentials are not accepted for this position.
