Job Details:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required; CRT not accepted
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Every other weekend coverage required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Float within facility and scope of practice as needed
• Patients served are neonatal age group
• Epic charting system experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, RRT, PALS
• Required skills include: NICU, extubation, intubation assist, nasal airway placement, nasal airway suctioning, oral airway placement, oral/nasal suctioning, sputum specimen collection, tracheostomy care and management, bag and mask, ET tube, high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), oxygen tanks, trach collar, BiPAP, CPAP, troubleshooting high pressure alarms, weaning from mechanical ventilation, bubble CPAP, CPAP/nasal CPAP/BiPAP, and oscillating ventilator
• Holiday work expected based on number of major holidays falling within assignment period
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract; all time off must be finalized at time of submission
