PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Details:

• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• Schedule may consider 5x8 shifts
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Daily census of approximately 10 patients with up to 16 visits per day
• Patient ratio of 2 during day shifts
• Treat patients across all age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Patient diagnoses include various surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and sports conditions as well as non-orthopedic cases based on availability
• Required skills include acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation, skilled nursing facility experience, body mechanics, cervicalgia, low back pain, post-op cervical and shoulder and spinal surgeries, spinal conditions, total hip and knee replacements, cognitive disorders, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson's disease, post-stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, home exercise program development, and patient and family education
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• No call required
• One pre-approved time off allowed
• Required certification: BLS
• Local candidates within 50 miles not accepted
