Medical Lab Technician Job in Ogden, UT

You will work as a Medical Lab Technician at Ogden Regional Medical Center, focusing on point of care testing in a Free Standing Emergency Department Lab setting. This is a travel position with a contract length of 91 days, starting September 28, 2026.

Shift and Schedule

• Weekend shifts only: Saturday and Sunday
• 12-hour shifts per day
• 4 days per week, Friday through Monday as listed
• 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM hours

Your Responsibilities

• Perform point of care testing as your primary responsibility
• Complete clerical duties as assigned by Nursing and Lab Director to support FSED operations
• Collaborate with emergency department staff to ensure timely lab results

Required Qualifications

• ASCP-certified MLS (CLS or Medical Technologist) — this credential is required; candidates without ASCP certification will not be considered
• Allied Health Professional degree or equivalent
• Point of care testing knowledge preferred
