PCU RN Job in Knoxville, TN

Turkey Creek Metro Knoxville Med. is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a 91-day travel assignment in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This is a night shift position offering the stability and predictability you need in your travel nursing career.

Position Details

• Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Shift: 3x12, nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Schedule: Every other weekend required; no on-call responsibilities
• Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly
• No block scheduling
• Patient ratio: 1:4 to 1:5
• Unit size: 31 beds
• Total patient care model
• Float assignments to Medical/Surgical (MS) unit as needed

Compensation & Duration

• Weekly pay: $2,121
• Assignment length: 91 days
• Start date: June 22, 2026

Requirements

• Active RN licensure required
• Minimum 1+ year of nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required (must complete all ALC modules)
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR system

Facility Standards

• Royal blue scrubs required
• No artificial nails permitted
