Certified Surgical Technologist in Pittsburgh, PA

You will work as a Certified Surgical Technologist at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning October 19, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• Shift: 4x10 evenings (subject to rotation)
• Weekly pay: $2,411
• Call and weekend coverage required with 30-minute response time
• In-house call rooms available
• Call shifts may include Saturday (24 hours: 7a–7a) or Sunday (16 hours: 7a–11p)
• Up to 3 weekend call shifts per 6-week period; additional night shifts may occur Friday evenings
• No block scheduling

Position Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of OR experience in the last 3 years (3 years preferred)
• Level 1 Trauma experience required (at least 1 year out of the last 3)
• Minimum 1 year of travel healthcare experience within the last 3 years
• Proficiency or expertise required in: General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery (total joints), Neurosurgery (Cranial & Spine), Vascular Surgery, Trauma Surgery, and Robotic Surgery (DaVinci, including Cardiac cases with arm movement and draping)
• Transplant experience preferred but not required
• Previous regular employment at this facility disqualifies you from consideration
