Cath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Minimum 24 months of current Cath Lab or Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
• Active ARRT or CCI/RCIS certification required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Travel experience within previous 18 months required
• Circulating experience required
• Monitoring experience required
• Structural heart experience highly preferred
• Interventional radiology experience preferred
• EP experience preferred
• Scrubbing experience and proficiency preferred
• Peripheral vascular experience preferred
• On-call schedule includes 1 night per week and every 3rd weekend from 7:30 PM Friday through 7:00 AM Monday
• Weekend assignments involve call schedule with assigned cases on rare occasions
• Must be willing to take call
• Required to float across all Des Moines campuses to like units
• Required to work 1-2 of the 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) unless unit is closed
• EMR system: EPIC
• Driver's license required
• ARRT or RCIS certificate document required
• Skills checklist specific to Cath Lab or Cardiac Cath Lab discipline required
• Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months preferred
