OT - Therapy Rehab

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week assignment length
• Must work two weekend shifts per month with a day off during the week
• Call requirements to be discussed during interview
• Float as needed per facility floating policy
• Perform in-patient rehab occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for neuro and ortho patients
• Perform acute care evaluations and treatments across ortho, tele, and ICU units
• Must have in-patient rehab and/or hospital experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; 2-3 years in rehab and/or acute hospital preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• NDT or brain injury certifications preferred
• Active OT license required - temporary licenses not accepted
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Dress code: Sage green/olive scrub top, black scrub pants, sage green scrub jacket, white or black undershirts only
• Nails must be clean and healthy
• Hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors; beards, mustaches, and sideburns must be neatly trimmed
• Body art should be covered whenever possible
• Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited
