ED RN Job in Clinton, IA

You'll work as an RN in the Emergency Department at MercyOne Clinton Medical Center, where you'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to develop and refine your emergency nursing skills while serving patients with diverse medical needs.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients presenting with acute medical and traumatic conditions
• Perform emergency interventions and life-saving procedures as directed by physician orders
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, technicians, and support staff
• Provide compassionate care during high-stress situations
• Triage patients and prioritize care based on acuity

Schedule & Compensation:

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, night shift
• Weekly pay: $2,358
• 90-day assignment
• Start date: September 21, 2026
