ED - Emergency Room

Job Details:

• Work 3x12-hour mid-shifts from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Holidays required as needed
• No on-call responsibilities
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS
• Epic experience required
• Community hospital experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Scrub color: Royal Blue
• Care for patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Skills include triage, IV management, blood product administration, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, procedural sedation, management of trauma patients, and emergency medication administration
• Interdisciplinary support available from phlebotomy and radiology
