ICU RN Job in Fort Worth, TX

Kindred Hospital - Tarrant County (Fort Worth Southwest Campus) is seeking a registered nurse for its adult ICU. You will work 3x12 shifts on days, providing direct patient care in a critical care environment. This is a 70-week assignment beginning August 24, 2026.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized patient care plans
• Administer intravenous fluids and medications according to physician orders
• Monitor and record vital signs; respond to changes in patient status
• Operate and troubleshoot critical care equipment, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and IABP devices
• Perform airway management and suctioning as needed
• Treat wounds and provide advanced life support
• Assist physicians with procedures and clinical interventions
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary critical care team
• Respond to life-threatening situations using established nursing protocols
• Advocate for patients and provide emotional support to families
• Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment plans
• Care for pre- and post-operative patients

Requirements:

• Current Texas RN license or multi-state RN license
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Compensation:

Weekly pay is $2,398.
