Operating Room RN Job in Philadelphia, PA

Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Operating Room. You'll work day shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with no weekends and no on-call requirements.

Your Role

You will float between the OR, Pre/Post-Op, Pain Center, and PACU. Patient ratios are 1:4 in Pre/Post settings and 1:2 in procedure rooms. You'll support adult and geriatric patients undergoing a range of procedures, including GI interventions, cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and facet injections. You'll work with specialized equipment including Radio Frequency Ablation and C-Arm technology.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 3 years of OR nursing experience
• Procedural experience including GI, OR, and moderate sedation
• Pre/Post-op and outpatient surgery center experience
• Experience with special procedures and injections
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Pennsylvania or compact state nursing license
• Proficiency with Epic charting system

Facility Details

The Pain Center operates 2 procedure rooms and 5 office rooms. You'll have access to interdisciplinary support including interpretation services, radiology, rapid response teams, and pharmacy resources. Standard scrub color is Ceil Blue.

Assignment Terms

This is a 91-day travel contract beginning October 19, 2026. You'll work 5 shifts of 8 hours per week at $2,870 weekly pay.
