OT - Therapy Rehab Acute Care

Job Details:

• Work with adult patient population in an acute care setting
• Patient ratio of 7 patients per occupational therapist
• Every other weekend shift required
• 32 hours of orientation provided
• Facility has 100 beds across 50 rooms
• Interdisciplinary support available with Physical Therapy
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• California OT license required
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC)
• Required skills include: Acute Care, Adaptive Equipment, Amputee, Arthritis, Assessment, Coma Management, CVA Rehabilitation, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Discharge Planning, Evaluation, Hand Injury, Lower Extremity, Multiple Sclerosis, Nerve Injury, Parkinson's Disease, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Spinal Cord Injury, Tendon Repair, Traumatic Brain Injury, Upper Extremity, and Wheelchair Evaluation, Adjustments and Positioning
