Occupational Therapist Job in Rancho Cordova, CA

Mercy Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Rancho Cordova, California. This is a full-time position running for 91 days, beginning August 18, 2026.

Position Details

• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Home health care setting with an average of four visits per day
• Mix of evaluations and revisits
• First-to-float coverage as needed
• Service area covers north-eastern Sacramento into Folsom and Woodland, including Yolo County
• Weekly pay: $2,627

Requirements

• Valid California OT license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• BLS certification
• Active NPI number
• Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
• Charting experience with Cerner system

Additional Information

A COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) with home health experience may be considered if no OT applicants are available. You will be responsible for documentation and clinical charting within the Cerner platform and must maintain your own transportation for patient visits throughout the service area.
