Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• First to float as needed
• Home health care setting
• Average of four visits per day, consisting of a combination of evaluations and revisits
• Coverage area includes north-eastern Sacramento into Folsom and Woodland - Yolo County service area
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting required
• Must hold a valid California OT license
• COTA with home health experience may be considered if no OT applicants are available
• Required certifications: BLS and active NPI number
• Must possess a current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
• Charting system: Cerner
