Occupational Therapist Job in Oakland, CA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time home health role based in Oakland, CA. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting October 8, 2026, paying $2,920 per week.

Role Overview

You will provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes across Alameda County. Your responsibilities include prioritizing and completing start of care visits, supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants, and maintaining detailed clinical documentation. You will average 8 hours of patient visits per day, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday on a day shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete start of care visits with mandatory next-day reporting
• Submit clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours of each visit
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants as assigned
• Maintain regular communication with your supervisor, intake, and office staff
• Meet productivity requirements of 30 points per week (1 point = 1.33 hours)
• Pre-arrange any overtime with your Clinical Supervisor

Requirements

• Current California Occupational Therapist License
