Job Details:

• Full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with one weekend per month rotation
• Territory covers Alameda County with potential expansion as needed
• Prioritize and conduct start of care visits as a primary responsibility
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Complete mandatory next-day reporting of start of care visits
• Submit clinical notes and all documentation within 48 hours of each visit
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office staff
• Must be generally responsive during normal business hours
• Caseloads and visit mixes average 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
• Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor
• Productivity requirement of 30 points per week
• Training consists of 3 full days - one in-house and two in the field
• Documentation system used is Kinnser
• iPad and Ring Central equipment issued
• Mileage reimbursement provided from first to last patient
• Parking and toll reimbursement provided
• Company car option available
• California Occupational Therapy license required
• Minimum one year of home health experience required
