Physical Therapist Job in Salinas, CA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment at Salinas Valley Post Acute in Salinas, California. You will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for skilled nursing facility patients, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and functional independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluate and treat SNF patients with a patient-centered approach
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Complete thorough documentation in Net Health per facility standards
• Maintain strong time-management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

Position Details:

• Start date: July 6, 2026
• Duration: 91 days
• Shift: Flex (preference for Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday schedule)
• Weekly pay: $2,569.60
• Facility type: Skilled nursing facility (post-acute care)

Requirements:

• Active California Physical Therapy license
• SNF experience preferred; mentorship available for candidates with 0–1 years of experience
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Flexible and collaborative mindset

This position may require floatation to a sister facility within walking distance. You will work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to patient rehabilitation and recovery.
