PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 8 hours per day
• 13-week assignment
• Home health setting covering Osceola County, split between east and west coverage areas
• Average daily mileage of approximately 35 miles per day with IRS mileage reimbursement provided
• Average of 6 patients daily minimum for PTA (1 point each)
• PT average of 3-4 visits per day when including OASIS type visits
• Florida state license required (PT-FL SSN and DOB required)
• National Certification required
• 1 reference from entire work history required
• Must comply with internal call-off policy: if you call off on a weekend or holiday, be prepared for manager to schedule you on another weekend or holiday
