PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 8 hours per day
• No on-call required, however 1 weekend per month required for visits including orthopedic cases
• 1 major and 1 minor holiday required
• Average of 4-6 patient visits per day
• Coverage area: South Lake County
• Driver's license and auto insurance required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• 1 reference from entire work history required
• National certification required
• Florida state license (PT-FL) required
• SSN and date of birth required for submission
