Job Details:

• Night shift position with weekend requirements based on unit needs and demands
• 48-hour weekly guarantee available for shorter contracts (minimum 8 weeks); standard 13-week assignments do not include this guarantee
• Patient ratios of 1:3, or 1:4 for low acuity patients
• No floating requirements
• No on-call or standby requirements; extra shifts available but not required
• Must work holidays in November and December; manager may consider 1 of 3 holidays if it does not conflict with unit demands
• Scrub color/dress code: any professional colors
• Orientation includes 1 day of compliance information (8-10 hours) with policies, education, and training, followed by a second day of department orientation (12 hours)
• No RTO will be considered during the first full week of assignment
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments shorter than 13 weeks
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a larger trauma setting required
• Washington state or Compact nursing license required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS or ENPC, NIHSS
• Charting system: Epic
• BSN not required
• Care setting: Acute
