Physical Therapist Job in Oklahoma City, OK

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for an 8-hour shift position at OU Health in Oklahoma City, OK. This is an 89-day travel assignment starting September 7, 2026, with a weekly pay of $3,048.80.

About the Role

You will provide acute care and trauma physical therapy services in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Working under minimal direction, you will perform therapeutic treatments according to physician orders, evaluate patients, and develop individualized treatment plans focused on both long and short-term rehabilitation goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Interpret physician orders and conduct patient evaluations to establish appropriate treatment plans
• Perform various therapeutic physical therapy treatments tailored to patient needs
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and modify plans accordingly to optimize outcomes
• Participate in discharge planning and instruct patients on home exercise programs
• Document treatment results and patient responses in medical records
• Maintain and clean departmental equipment
• May supervise and assist students during clinical rotations, depending on your level of clinical experience

Qualifications

• Valid Therapy degree
• Acute care and trauma experience required
• Travel experience preferred but not required
• Oklahoma state license preferred
