Med Surg RN Job in Nacogdoches, TX

Join Nacogdoches Medical Center as a Registered Nurse on the Medical-Surgical unit. This is a 13-week travel nursing contract offering you the opportunity to deliver direct patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting.

• Role: You will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for your assigned patients on each shift. Your clinical judgment and nursing expertise will be central to ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Leadership responsibilities: You will supervise delegated staff, reinforcing best practices and maintaining accountability for the care provided under your direction.
• Quality and safety: You will support facility nursing leadership in maintaining standards for safe, appropriate nursing care. This includes ensuring clinical staff competency and optimizing resource management to support patient outcomes.
