PCU Registered Nurse Job in Atlanta, GA

Grady Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This is a travel position offering competitive compensation and the opportunity to work in a dynamic cardiac care environment.

Position Details

• Weekly Pay: $1,918.44

About the Role

You will work in a 28-bed PCU/IMCU unit caring for a cardiac patient population. Your responsibilities will include managing patients presenting with STEMI, NSTEMI, chest pain, and other acute cardiac conditions. You will administer and manage cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors. Patient ratios are maintained at 1:3–4, allowing for focused, quality care.

You may also be assigned to telemetry beds within the same unit when caring for lower acuity patients, providing flexibility in your daily responsibilities.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) degree
• Minimum 2 years of documented PCU experience in a similarly sized facility
• PCU experience must be reflected in work history
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
