Physical Therapist Job in Greenbelt, MD

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for home health therapy in the Greenbelt area. This is a 91-day contract beginning May 11, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: 5x8 hour shifts, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Weekly pay: $2,161.44
• Service area: Montgomery County, Prince Georges County, Charles County, and St. Marys County
• No call or weekend requirements

Requirements

• Maryland physical therapy license
• BLS certification
• 2 years of clinical experience
• HomeCare HomeBase and OASIS experience required (first-time travelers accepted if OASIS-experienced)
• Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and registration

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric populations
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide gait training, body mechanics instruction, and home exercise programs
• Manage COPD and CHF conditions, pain assessment, and skin integrity monitoring
• Train patients and families on adaptive devices, assistive equipment, and Hoyer lift operation
• Document care using HCHB Pointcare EMR system
• Collaborate with social services and interpretation services as needed

What You'll Need

You must have your own vehicle. You will be assigned to specific zip codes within one county based on staffing needs and may be asked to float to other areas in the coverage region. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.58 per mile from your first to last patient of the day.
