<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM<br>• One weekend day required every 4 weeks<br>• Day shift position<br>• Bachelor&#39;s, Master&#39;s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required<br>• Physical Therapist license required upon hire<br>• BLS certification required (Basic Life Support, American Red Cross Basic Life Support, or Basic Life Support Instructor)<br>• Assess, plan, organize and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility and relieve pain<br>• Implement physical therapy treatment plans and select appropriate treatment activities<br>• Provide ongoing patient and family education and training<br>• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans according to departmental guidelines<br>• Collaborate with physicians to establish treatment programs and discharge plans<br>• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to infection prevention precautions<br>• Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and mandatory education<br>• Complete core and annual competencies according to departmental timelines<br>• Effective communication skills, customer service focus, and basic computer skills required<br>• Adhere to departmental dress code policy and display ID badge appropriately</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility provides comprehensive rehabilitative services across the full continuum of care with a focus on cost-conscious, quality-focused, and customer-oriented treatment.
