Operating Room RN Job in Camden, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room at MUSC Health Kershaw Medical Center in Camden, South Carolina. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 31, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
• Weekend requirement varies based on staffing needs, typically every 4th weekend with weekday coverage
• On-call required; weekday call hours are 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM per call rotation with staff
• Call requirements and shift call-offs may change based on staffing needs
• May be required to float within scope to meet facility needs or between sister facilities
• Weekly pay: $2,171

Requirements

• 4+ years of operating room experience
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• South Carolina RN license or Compact license required before start date
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

Clinical Skills and Experience

You will work across a range of surgical procedures including general OR, total joint replacement, ortho/spine, laparoscopic assisted procedures, Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, Hana Table, lumbar fusion, laminectomy/discectomy, cholecystectomy, appendectomy, mastectomy, thyroidectomy, hernia repair, arthroscopy, cystoscopy, and closed/open reduction of fractures. You must be comfortable treating patients of all ages including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
