Med Surg RN Job in Novato, CA

You will work as a Registered Nurse on the Medical Surgical unit at Sutter Health Novato Community Hospital in Novato, California. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 5, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 3x12 day shift schedule: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Variable days with every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Weekly pay: $1,946

Role Expectations

• Provide direct patient care on the Med Surg unit
• Float as needed to support operational demands
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• NIHSS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Two professional references obtained within the last 12 months
