ED RN Job in Asheville, NC

You are an RN joining Mission Hospital's Emergency Department for a 91-day travel assignment. This is a backfill position offering you the opportunity to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to emergency department patients across all acuity levels
• Manage emergency and trauma cases as part of the emergency medical team
• Assess, monitor, and respond to acute patient needs in real time
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

Schedule and Compensation

You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week, 2:45 PM to 3:15 AM. Your weekly pay is $2,179. Your assignment begins October 19, 2026.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Current nursing certifications required and maintained throughout your assignment
• Emergency department experience preferred
