Job Details:
• 1 position available
• Medical-surgical nursing role providing patient care on general medical units
• Responsible for monitoring patient conditions and administering medications
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress and communicate changes to physicians and other healthcare providers
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
