Southern Hills Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Medical-Surgical unit located on the 5th floor. You will provide direct patient care in a structured med-surg environment serving a diverse patient population.

As an RN on this med-surg unit, you will deliver comprehensive patient care, including medication administration, wound management, patient monitoring, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams. You will work in a structured clinical environment designed to support quality patient outcomes and professional nursing practice.

Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, documenting clinical observations, and communicating with physicians and care team members. You will also provide patient and family education and respond to changing patient conditions throughout your shift.

This travel nursing role offers you the opportunity to work with an established medical center while maintaining the flexibility of a temporary assignment. The night shift provides a focused patient census and collaborative nursing environment.
