Med Surg RN Job in Lebanon, NH

You will work as a registered nurse on the medical-surgical units at D-H Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. This is a 89-day travel assignment starting November 9, 2026, with a weekly pay of $3,040.

Shift and Schedule

• 4x12 rotating day/night schedule
• Float between multiple Med Surg units as assigned
• Deceased Patient Coordinator (DPC) coverage may be required

Floating Units

• 1 East, 1 West, 2 West, 2&3 East, 3 West, 4 West, 5 West, ED, and PACU

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of recent equivalent Med Surg experience
• Previous float experience highly preferred
• Chest tube management
• Medication administration including Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, and amiodarone
• Line, tube, and drain care for post-surgical patients
• Tracheostomy and laryngectomy care
• Telemetry monitoring
• Complex wound care
• Central line care, maintenance, and blood draws

Required Credentials

• New Hampshire RN License or Compact License (proof of state residency required)
• BLS certification

You will be expected to move fluidly across the Med Surg service line, including border rotations to the Emergency Department and PACU. This role is best suited for nurses with solid float experience and comfort managing a variety of post-operative and medical patients with complex needs.
