Med Surg RN Job in Lebanon, NH

You will work as a Registered Nurse on our Med Surg unit at D-H Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. This is a travel assignment with a duration of 89 days, beginning November 9, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 4x12 rotating shifts (day and night rotation)
• 36 or 48 hours per week
• On-call responsibilities required
• Weekly pay: $2,910

Patient Population and Clinical Focus

You will care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses across a broad spectrum of conditions. Your patient load will include individuals managing sepsis, various infectious processes, acute kidney injury, and chronic kidney disease (including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis). You will also work with patients experiencing diabetes, gastrointestinal issues, fluid and electrolyte imbalances, alcohol withdrawal, liver disease, and substance misuse. Additional diagnoses include endocarditis, heart disease, skin and wound complications, and both acute and chronic respiratory illnesses such as COPD, flu, pneumonia, and Cystic Fibrosis.

Required Clinical Experience

• Chest tube management
• Administration and monitoring of tubes and drips (Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, amiodarone)
• Care of post-surgical lines, tubes, and drains
• Tracheostomy and laryngectomy care
• Telemetry monitoring
• Complex wound assessment and management
• Central line placement, care, maintenance, and blood draws

This role requires a strong foundation in acute medical-surgical nursing and the ability to manage multiple complex patient conditions simultaneously. You should be comfortable with rapid assessment and intervention in a dynamic environment.
