Job Details:

• Night shift hours from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM and evening shift hours from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM
• Work in a hospital pharmacy setting with 463 beds
• Document using Meditech Magic, Vigilanz, Dose Edge, Pyxis, and C2 Safe systems
• Experience with Dose Edge IV, Pyxis, Meditech, and Vigilanz required
• Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience required
• Virginia State Pharmacist license required
• Work with complex patients including trauma, burn, critical care, pediatrics, cardiac surgery, and ECMO patients
• Perform IV verification, medication verification, and IV compounding as needed
• Advanced skills required: Vancomycin AUC dosing, aminoglycoside dosing, renal dosing, warfarin, enoxaparin, electrolyte protocols, heparin, and DOAC management
• Access to resources including Sanford Guide, Clinical Key, Uptodate, Vancomycin AUC calculator, Neofax, Briggs, and Lexicomp
• Preferred dress code: silver/purple scrubs
• No floating policy
