MRI Technologist Job in San Antonio, TX

Methodist Hospital Stone Oak is seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract position in San Antonio, Texas. You'll work 3x12-hour night shifts in the MRI department on the hospital's 1st floor, performing diagnostic imaging for inpatient and emergency department patients.

Your responsibilities include:

• Perform inpatient and ER MRI procedures including brain, spine, and general MRI scans
• Operate Siemens Sola MRI equipment with precision and safety
• Use the Meditech EMR system for patient documentation and workflow
• Provide exceptional patient care and communication throughout each examination
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team during all shifts

Required qualifications:

• ARRT (MR) or MRIT certification
• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
• Hospital experience in critical care settings
• Overnight shift experience preferred
• Experience with pacemaker screening and safety protocols preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team member

This position begins September 18, 2026, and runs for 91 days. You'll earn $2,238 per week for your service. Weekend and night shift availability is required.
