Opportunity:

Certified Surgical Tech - CVOR Tech

Job Details:

• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• First case cardiac surgery shift runs from 6:15 AM to 4:45 PM
• All other cases shift runs from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• On-call requirements of 11 to 14 days in a 4-week schedule including weekend rotation
• Float requirements apply
• Must have 2+ years of CVOR CST experience
• Preferred experience in open heart and major vascular procedures including CABG procedures, valve replacements and repairs, aortic surgery, structural heart procedures, and ECMO and mechanical circulatory support
• Work in a 2-room CVOR unit with a 1:1 patient ratio
• EMR system used is Epic
• Scrub color required is blue per dress code policy
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA only) and NBSTSA Certificate
• Virginia State License required
