Job Details:

• Work 5x8-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
• Weekend requirement varies based on staffing needs, typically every 4th weekend with weekday coverage
• On-call required - weekday call hours are 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM per call rotation with staff; call requirements may change based on staffing needs
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• May be required to float to other campus as needed
• 2+ years of OR experience required; travel experience required
• South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Charting system: Epic
• Surgical scrubs provided by facility
• Free parking available in any unrestricted space
• Block schedule may be requested prior to assignment but is not guaranteed
• Care for patient age groups including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Required procedural skills include: abdominal/vaginal hysterectomy, amputations, anterior cervical fusion, ACL reconstruction, appendectomy, arthroscopy, bunionectomy, carpal tunnel release, cataract extraction/implant, cholecystectomy, colon resection, cystoscopy, Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, dilation & curettage, general OR, hernia repair, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, laparoscopic assisted procedures, lumbar fusion, mastectomy, open/closed reduction of fractures, ortho/spine, thyroidectomy, total joint replacement, and transurethral resection of the prostate
