Job Details:

• Travel OR Circulator position working three 12-hour shifts between Monday and Friday with varying scheduled days off each week
• On-call required with 4-6 call days in a 6-week schedule
• Call weekend (Saturday and Sunday with 24 hours each) approximately every 6-8 weeks
• Subject to holiday call during assignment
• Strong ophthalmology experience required
• Orthopedic and MAKO experience required
• Neuro spine experience required
• Circulator skills required
• 5 years of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Must reside more than 75 miles from facility
• All requested time off must be included on initial submission; RTO requested after the fact will not be considered
• Attendance policy in effect - missing more than two shifts per 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract cancellation
• Pass/Fail testing required at orientation: Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test and Moderate Sedation Test administered on first day with one opportunity to pass
• Interdisciplinary support available including respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, pharmacy, and unit secretary
