Operating Room RN Job in Camden, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room at MUSC Health Kershaw Medical Center in Camden, South Carolina. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 17, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
• Weekend requirement varies based on staffing needs, typically every fourth weekend with weekday coverage
• On-call required: weekday call hours 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM per call rotation; requirements may change based on staffing needs
• May be required to float within scope to meet facility needs or between sister facilities
• Facility may call off one shift per two weeks
• Weekly pay: $2,281

Requirements

• Active South Carolina license or Compact license required before start date
• 4+ years of OR experience required
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

Procedural Skills

You will work with patients of all ages including infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Required procedural skills include General OR, Ortho/Spine, total joint replacement, laparoscopic assisted procedures, Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, Hana Table, arthroscopy, cholecystectomy, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, anterior cervical fusion, kyphoplasty, mastectomy, thyroidectomy, colon resection, hernia repair, cystoscopy, cataract extraction/implant, and additional gynecological and orthopedic procedures.
