Occupational Therapist Job in Waurika, OK

You will work as an Occupational Therapist in the outpatient therapy and rehabilitation department at Jefferson County Hospital in Waurika, Oklahoma. This is a swing bed services position with a straightforward Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 60-minute lunch break built in.

What you'll do:

• Provide occupational therapy services to swing bed patients with 1:1 patient ratios
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings as part of the swing bed care team
• Float to acute care services as needed to support facility operations
• Document patient care using Meditech charting system

Schedule and expectations:

• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts—no weekends, no on-call responsibilities
• Block scheduling is available
• This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 5, 2026

What we're looking for:

• Current Occupational Therapist license from Oklahoma or a compact state (required before your start date)
• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• First-time travelers are welcome
• Meditech charting experience is preferred but not required
• No specific certifications are required for this role
