ICU RN Job in San Antonio, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) position at North Central Baptist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. This travel nursing assignment offers you the opportunity to deliver high-level patient care in a dynamic clinical environment.

Assignment Overview:

• Duration: 56 weeks (8 to 12 weeks initial assignment)
• Shift: 12 hours
• Start date: November 9, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,095.37
• Required scrub color: Royal Blue

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned ICU patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise delegated staff and ensure appropriate patient care delivery
• Partner with facility nursing leadership to maintain high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care standards
• Monitor clinical staff competency and manage resources effectively in support of patient care outcomes
• Maintain accountability for patient safety and quality standards throughout each shift

• Valid RN licensure
• Experience in critical care or intensive care nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
